I am running to be the representative of all the people in the new District 50, and to restore the American Dream for all our citizens. Our country is not at the edge of an abyss, as some would have you believe. But we are at a crossroads. Do we continue down this road to nowhere, or choose a NEW DIRECTION - and rebuild this great nation. The decision we make must be based on reason and faith, not on fear, hate and ignorance. The Bible says, "By their fruits you shall know them." It's obvious by his record that our Congressman, Duncan D. Hunter, has ignored the people of District 50, and made his decision to represent corporate donors and the extremist agenda of the far right. Fortunately, this is still America. I ask you to consider my position on the issues, and only then make that critical decision.

I realize that the candidate with the most money wins 94% of the time. We can change that! My vote is not for sale. This working man will not take contributions from any PAC, lobbyist, or corporation. I will only accept contributions from individuals. I do need your help, but as a matter of principle, NO contribution over $100 will be accepted.

"I left my job to run for Congress - to fight for you - the working men and women who are the true heart and soul of America. Like you, I have known what it is to stand in the unemployment line. I've been without health insurance...Like you, I will not give up. I will not be invisible...All of us, employed and unemployed must make our voices heard, because we have become the new "Silent Majority."
